7.02 PERMITTED USES: (5) General Farming
(g) Sawmills, when located 1,000 feet minimum distance from a residence other than that of the owner of the saw mill.
The variance request is to locate the sawmill behind existing building, between 450-500 feet from the neighbors, west of neighbor and existing buildings. The hearing will be at the Town Hall, W3412 Chickadee Ave to hear and consider the request for application of variance, all interested residents are urged to attend.
