The Zoning Committee for Town of Loyal is given notice a public hearing on the 5th of February at 7:30pm at the Town Hall, W3412 Chickadee Road. #1. A public hearing to consider an amendment request to change agriculture district land to residential for building of a house for Greg & Lisa Mahoney. #2. The zoning committee will consider amending the zoning code of the Town of Loyal to include wind energy system. Sec 3.15. All interested residents are urged to attend.
