Variance Application

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Loyal Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on March 8, 2017 at 7:30pm at the town hall W3412 Chickadee Rd., to hear and consider public comment upon a request for a variance by Jack Kadolph,to construct an addition to his residence. The address is N8972 Robin Rd. The variance request is to allow the addition to be 17 feet closer to the road than the zoning code requirement of 83 feet. All interested parties are encouraged to attend.
